By booking or attending this event, you agree to the following:
Ticket Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we want to make our refund process as straightforward as possible. Please read the following carefully before purchasing your tickets:
1. Cancellations by Us
If the event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Event Changes
If the event is rescheduled or significantly altered (e.g., change of venue, headline act, or date), you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement.
3. Customer Cancellations
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for tickets if you can no longer attend, unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. However, you may be able to transfer your ticket to another person — please contact us for assistance.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days after approval. Please keep your booking confirmation and proof of purchase handy.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Booking fees, delivery charges, and add-ons (such as merchandise or VIP upgrades) are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
