Terms & Conditions – Attending the Artist Talk

By booking or attending this event, you agree to the following:

  1. Event Access & Booking

  • Entry is only guaranteed with a confirmed booking or valid ticket.
  • Please arrive on time; late entry may be restricted to avoid disruption.

  1. Respect for Artwork

  • All artworks on display are to be treated with care.
  • Touching, moving, or leaning on artworks is not permitted unless explicitly invited by the artist.

  1. Photography & Recording

  • Personal photography is welcome unless otherwise stated on the day.
  • Flash photography, video recording, or live streaming may be restricted to protect the artwork and the artist’s intellectual property.

  1. Behaviour & Conduct

  • This is a respectful, inclusive space. Disruptive, offensive, or unsafe behaviour will result in removal from the event without refund.
  • Please silence mobile devices during the talk.

  1. Liability

  • The organisers are not responsible for personal belongings or any damage caused by failure to follow these guidelines.
  • Attendance is at your own risk; please be mindful of your surroundings.

  1. Changes & Cancellations

  • The organiser reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and offered a refund or alternative date.

Return and Refund Policy

Ticket Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to make our refund process as straightforward as possible. Please read the following carefully before purchasing your tickets:

1. Cancellations by Us

If the event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Event Changes

If the event is rescheduled or significantly altered (e.g., change of venue, headline act, or date), you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement.

3. Customer Cancellations

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for tickets if you can no longer attend, unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. However, you may be able to transfer your ticket to another person — please contact us for assistance.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days after approval. Please keep your booking confirmation and proof of purchase handy.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Booking fees, delivery charges, and add-ons (such as merchandise or VIP upgrades) are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
